My dream is to work in an environment which would allow me to combine my knowledge in the fields of Environmental Sciences, Evolutionary and Sperm Biology and developing those further. A huge plus would be if I could work with fertility issues influenced by different environmental triggers, especially in sperm cells.
I am well trained in various molecular lab methods and method development. Besides the work in the lab I have good experience in analysing and curating next generation sequencing data, establishing workflows and protocols. I work systematically and diligently, possess a large amount of patience, endurance and creativity for the developmental and technical documentation processes. I am flexible and have great pleasure in learning new techniques and approaches and work well in a team, as well as independently. To fill my time with projects that will bring me joy now and use in my future (working) endeavours I am currently learning Japanese at "Folkhögskolan" and Snakemake, Docker and C++ via colleagues and online resources.
